How to redeem a voucher code

If you have received a voucher code for Candli, you can redeem it within Candli.

First, you must log in as a user using the free version (available to every new user). Once you are logged in, you can redeem your voucher. To do this, click on your username on the left side (1) and then on “Redeem a voucher!” (2):

Then enter your code and click on “Redeem”. Please note that voucher codes are in the format “XXXX-XXXX-XXXX”. Candli will be reloaded with the Premium version corresponding to your voucher.

In Switzerland, they can currently be purchased by invoice, and we are in the process of implementing credit card purchases via the website cand.li.
